Crystal Sands Sales Improve in 2018
The Destin real estate market saw continued improvement in 2018. Destin Gulf front condos and townhomes sold in 2018 had a 3% increase in price per square foot compared to 2017 and were on the market 66 days less.
Crystal Sands units sold in 2018 had a 13% increase in average price and 3% increase in price per square foot – $16 more per square foot. Units sold at 97% of list price versus 90% and in only 28 days on average.
The Nathan Abbott Team represented the seller and buyer of unit 301B, which sold in only 2 days and at 97% list price!

In 1995, the real estate market was hot and unit 106B was the last unit available during pre-construction sales. Steve Abbott scooped it up and it is now part of the Abbott family trust.
