Abbott Realty Services  launched one of the first real estate companies in Destin in the early 70’s and became the largest employer in Northwest Florida between the 80’s to the late 90’s.  As natives of the Emerald Coast, Nathan, Erin, and Amanda Abbott carry on the Abbott Real Estate Tradition today as the third generation of Abbott Realtors.

 

 

Nathan and Erin started their real estate careers in 2002 as a husband and wife team.  They started expanding their team in 2010 as the Nathan Abbott Team and relaunched Abbott Realty Services in 2020. Amidst the chaos during this year due to Covid, they broke records in production with their team and were included in the Inc 5000 list as one of the country’s fastest growing companies from all industries. They provide a detailed history in residential and resort sales, while successfully launching and closing three high rise developments and multiple residential communities. In 2021, Abbott Realty Services merged with eXp Realty, which is the fastest growing global real estate company in history.  The following day, Nathan closed the highest priced sale for a single family residence in the history along their coastline for just under $16,000,000.

 

 

TJ Martin, also a native to the area, provides a proven track record of success in land acquisition and new home sales throughout the Florida Panhandle.  He has a generational background in development and was the top sales agent for two large development firms. TJ is creating the same synergy in residential and resort real estate sales today and continues to provide record-breaking sales throughout the Emerald Coast.

 

 

In 2017, TJ and Nathan shared a vision to launch a joint venture one day, specializing in developer consultation, new home and resort sales. They currently own offices in both Pensacola and Miramar Beach and have successfully launched and sold out multiple new construction communities by providing developers with new land acquisition opportunities, top performing sales teams, and consultation from the ground up.
