Okaloosa Island provides a quaint feel since the condominium complexes are only seven stories or less, which means there are typically less people on the beach compared to higher-density areas with high rise towers.

Okaloosa Island provides a great selection of Gulf and Bay front State Parks allowing you to enjoy the beautiful coastal lifestyle. Parks include Marler Park, John Beasley Park, and the Gulf Island National Seashore.

There are great entertainment venues surrounding Okaloosa Island including the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park,The Boardwalk and Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, beach shops, restaurants and nightlife.
