Area Sales Increase in 2018
The Miramar Beach real estate market has been very active this year. There were 15% more Gulf front condos sold in Miramar Beach in 2018 vs 2017. Average price increased 19% and price per square foot increased 6%.
There were three units sold at Huntington during 2018. The average price increased due to two units being 4-bedroom units. Huntington units continue to sell quickly.
