Burnt Pine Sales Improve in 2018
The local real estate market was active in 2018 and had increases across our entire area. There were 7% more single family homes sold in Miramar Beach in 2018 vs 2017. Average sold price increased 7% and price per square foot increased 6%.
Burnt Pine homes sold in 2018 had a 13% increase in average price and 10% increase in price per square foot – $34 more per square foot. Homes sold over a month sooner than in 2017. The average sales price was over $1M more than the average sales price for homes in Miramar Beach!
