Gulf front condos sold in Miramar Beach during the first half of 2019 maintained a steady price per square foot. Units sold 100 days sooner than during the first half of 2018.
Three Crescent units were sold off-market during the first half of 2019. Average priced increased 39% due to one of the units being a penthouse unit. Price per square foot increased 9% compared to the first half of 2018.
