St. Maarten Sales Improve in 2019

The Destin real estate market saw continued improvement in 2019. Destin Gulf front condos sold in the first half of 2019 had a 7% increase in price per square foot and 10% increase in average price when compared to first half of 2018. Units were on the market 40 days less.

St. Maarten condos sold during the first half of 2019 had a 32% increase in average price, 16% increase in price per square foot and were on the market for 36 days less on average than during the first half of 2018.
