The local real estate market is active and continuing to improve during 2019. More condos sold on Destin Harbor so far in 2019 than during all of 2018. Average price per square foot increased 2% and units were on market 17 days less than the first half of 2018.
There were no Harbor Lights condos sold in the first half of 2018. Harbor Lights condos sold in first half of 2019 had a 2% increase in price per square foot compared all of 2018. Units sold were on market 17 days less.
