Area Sales Increase in 2018
The Miramar Beach real estate market has been very active this year. During the first half of 2018, average sales prices increased 22%, price per square foot increased 5% and 31% more Gulf-front condos were sold than in the first half of 2017.
Two units sold at The Crescent so far this year and showed a 5% increase in price per square foot compared to 2017. Unit 209, listed by Amanda Abbott, was under contract before it was listed in MLS and sold at 99% of list price!
