The Miramar Beach real estate market has been very active this year. During the first half of 2018, average sales prices increased 22%, price per square foot increased 5% and 31% more Gulf-front condos were sold than in the first half of 2017.
Hidden Dunes units sold during the first half of 2018 had a increase in average sold price and price per square foot. Beach Cottages saw the largest increase with price per square foot increasing $48.
