Area Sales Increase in 2018
There were 15% more Gulf front condos sold in Miramar Beach in 2018 vs 2017. Average price increased 19% and price per square foot increased 6%.
The number of units sold at Grand Dunes in 2018 was over double than 2017. Average price per square foot remained steady with a 1% increase. On average, the units were on the market 77 days less.
