There were 15% more Gulf front condos sold in Miramar Beach in 2018 vs 2017. Average price increased 19% and price per square foot increased 6%.

The Crescent units sold in 2018 had an 8% increase in price per square foot and were on the market 64 days less than in 2017! Units sold at 98% of list price on average. Unit 209, listed by Amanda Abbott, was under contract before it was listed in MLS and sold at 99% of list price!
