Area Sales Improved in 2019
The Okaloosa Island real estate market continued to improve in 2019. Okaloosa Island condos sold in the first half of 2019 had a 7% increase in price per square foot compared to the first half of 2018. They sold at 97% of list price on average.
One Azure unit sold in the first half of 2018. However, units sold in the first half of 2019 had a 53% increase in average price and a 31% increase in prive per square foot. Compared to Okaloosa Island condos, Azure units sold for $71 more for price per square foot on average.
