Sales Improving in 2019
While the local condo market in Miramar Beach saw some decline in prices so far in 2019, TOPS’L Tides and Beach Manor both saw improved sales.
Units sold at Tides in the first half of 2019 had a 19% increase in both average price and price per square foot compared to the first half of 2019. Units were on the market for 49 days less.
Beach Manor real estate is remaining steady this year. Beach Manor units sold during the first half of 2019 had a slight $9 increase per square foot.
