Sales Improved in 2018
The local real estate market had a great year in 2018. There were 16% more condos and townhomes sold in Miramar Beach in 2018 vs 2017. Average sold price increased 13% and price per square foot increased 5%.
Tops’l Summit units sold in 2018 had a 6% increase in average price, 9% increase in price per square foot and were on the
market 48 days less than to 2017.
