Harbor Lights Sales Improve in 2018
The local real estate market was active and continued to improve during 2018. There were 33% more condos sold on Destin Harbor in 2018 vs 2017. Average sold price increased 4% and price per square foot increased 3%.
Harbor Lights condos sold in 2018 had a 25% increase in average price and 6% increase in price per square foot compared to 2017. Units sold for $20 more per square foot.
