Area Sales Continue to Improve in 2018
The Destin real estate market is continuing to improve this year. During the first half of 2018, average sales prices increased 2% for Destin Gulf-front condos, price per square foot increased 4% and units sold 29 days sooner on average.
Units sold at St. Maarten during the first half of 2018 had a 9% increase in price per square foot and were on the market 170 days less than the first half of 2017.
