The Pearl on Rosemary Beach, a new luxury hotel and the first in the beachfront community, is now open. In addition to the 55 rooms, there are two options for onsite dining. Havana Beach offers a fusion of flavors with Creole, Cuban, and Cajun influence. Or opt for a breathtaking view of the Gulf at Sol Luna, the hip rooftop bar. Nathan and his family have dined at Havana Grill a few times since the opening and the food is exquisite and overall experience has always been impressive.

The Pearl, a 55-room luxury hotel in the middle of Rosemary Beach, opens its doors today.

“It looks better than I ever anticipated,” said Michael Votta, general manager of The Pearl. “It is the buzz on this end of 30A. I’m proud to be the general manager of this hotel. Everything looks really good.”

The Pearl is Rosemary Beach’s first hotel. In addition to the rooms, it will feature two restaurants.

Havana Beach opened about two weeks ago. It features a fine dining menu inspired by Caribbean, Mexican and New Orleans influences, and seats 110 people.

The Sol Luna is the hotel’s rooftop bar and restaurant that will overlook the Gulf of Mexico. It is scheduled to open Aug. 23.

The hotel’s fourth component, Spa Pearl, will feature four private poolside treatment rooms that will offer facial and body treatments, as well as manicures and pedicures. It is expected to open near Labor Day.
