Hidden Dunes Sales Improved in 2017
Miramar Beach condos sold during 2017 had a 7% increase in average price, 6% increase in price per sq ft and units were on the market 50 days less.
Overall, Hidden Dunes units showed a good increase in value during 2017. Grand Villas units sold had an 11% increase in average price and 19% increase in price per sq ft.
Units sold at Gulfside increased in average price by 6% and were on the market 57 days less. Beach Cottages sold had a 9% increase in price per sq ft and were on the market almost one month less than in 2016.
