There were 6% more Miramar Beach single family homes sold in 2017. Average sales price increased 10% and price per sq ft increased 5%.
There were four homes/lots sold in Gulf Pines in 2017. Average sales price increased 18% and price per sq ft increased 36% ($84 more per sq ft) compared to 2016 sales.
