Gulf front condos sold in Miramar Beach during the first half of 2019 maintained a steady price per square foot. Units sold 100 days sooner than during the first half of 2018.
Grand Dunes condos sold in the first half of 2019 had a 6% increase average price per square foot. On average, units were on the market 343 days less than the first half of 2018.
