2015 Emerald Coast Market Update

Going into the third quarter, 2015 shows a growing market.  Gulf front condominiums sales from Fort Walton Beach to Panama City Beach are all steadily increasing in sales volume and sales prices!  Okaloosa Island Gulf front condos showed a 6% increase in median price, almost a 2% increase in average price, $5 more per square foot and selling at 96% of list price. Destin Gulf front condos showed a 21% increase in sales volume, a 19% increase in average price and $25 more per square foot.  Miramar Beach Gulf front condos showed a 40% increase in sales volume, a 10% increase in median price and $28 more per square foot.  Panama City Beach Gulf front condos showed a 31% increase in sales volume, 11% increase in median price and $32 more per square foot.  Contact the Nathan Abbott Team if you would like additional information on this active market or if you are interested in selling or purchasing real estate on the Emerald Coast.
