The Destin real estate market continued to improve this in 2017. Destin Gulf front condos average sales prices increased 11% and price per square foot increased 5%.

There were 5 more units sold at Crystal Sands in 2017 than in 2016. Units had a 5% increase in average price and sold for 97% of list price on average. Crystal Sands units sold for $100 more per sq ft than the Destin average.

Nathan and Amanda Abbott’s father and uncle, Steve and Bill Abbott, were the original sales team for Crystal Sands.
