The Crescent Sales Improve in 2017

Sales at The Crescent made a huge upward swing in 2017. Six units sold in 2017 compared to no units sold in 2016.

Compared to The Crescent sales in 2015, price per sq ft increased $42 and the amount of sales doubled.

Miramar Beach Gulf front condos had a 4% increase in average price, 5% increase in price per sq ft and were on the market 73 days less in 2017.
