Burnt Pine Sales Volume Increases
The amount of homes sold in Burnt Pines during the first half of 2018 increased compared to the first half of 2017. The homes sold were on the market 119 days less on average and sold price per square foot increased $4 per sq ft.
There were 6% more Miramar Beach single family homes sold in the first half of 2018 vs 2017. On average, homes sold 42 days sooner.
