Area Sales Improved in 2018
The Okaloosa Island real estate market continued to improve in 2018. Okaloosa Island condos sold in 2018 had a 7% increase in average price and 5% increase in price per square foot compared to 2017.
Four Azure units sold in 2018 – all 3-bedrom units compared to 3 and 4-bedroom units sold in 2017. The average price per square foot decreased compared to 2017. However, units sold 81 days sooner and remain desirable with a price per square foot $64 more than the average Okaloosa Island condo average.
