Area Sales Continue to Improve in 2018
The Okaloosa Island real estate market is continuing to improve this year. Condos sold on Okaloosa Island during the first half of 2018 saw average sales prices increase 8%, price per square foot increase 5% and units were on the market 80 days less than the first half of 2017.
Only one unit sold at Azure during the first half of 2018. The sold price and price per square foot decreased compared to the first half of 2017.
