Visitors who frequent 30A’s east end will be pleased to know that they are one step closer to having a convenient place to shop and dine.  With architectural pulled from Rosemary Beach, this village center is sure to be a stunning addition to the beautiful Rosemary Beach community.

The upscale project known as 30Avenue has broken ground on a 16-acre site where Scenic 30A meets US 98 at Inlet Beach. The sleepy community is waking up, and several projects are planned on South Walton’s east end.

30Avenue is the most ambitious, designed by Darrell Russell of A Boheme Design in Rosemary Beach and features architecture that echoes a bit of Rosemary Beach’s island feel, with retail on the ground floor and offices and residential spaces on the second floor. The architect of record is Joe Dougherty of Dougherty & Associates. The development has some tenants in place but no names have been released yet. Stay tuned for further updates.

Also happening in Inlet Beach are more shopping and dining projects set to begin soon. There is also quite a bit of residential construction underway in Inlet Beach with more on the horizon, including Lupin Beach by the developers of Alys BeachCurrently under construction in Inlet Beach on the north side of US 98 is a third Donut Hole location.
