Is now a good time to buy on the Emerald Coast of Florida? I think it is, and today I want to share why.
The Wall Street Journal just ranked the Emerald Coast as the new crown jewel of Florida. We have some of the best beaches worldwide, beautiful Emerald Coast water, a huge variety of seafood, and amazing places to golf. On top of that, there truly is southern hospitality here that you don’t find in many other places.
Airbnb ranked Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and Panama City Beach within the top 10 areas for short-term rental growth in the country. Metro Market Trends projected that we’ll see a 20% appreciation in 2022.
It seems like everyone from California to New York is trying to get down here. As a native, I can say that this truly is a special place with an amazing atmosphere.
