Sales Improve in 2018

The local real estate market had a great year in 2018. There were 16% more condos and townhomes sold in Miramar Beach in 2018 vs 2017. Average sold price increased 13% and
price per square foot increased 5%.

Tops’l Beach Manor unit sold in 2018 had a 3% increase in price per square foot compared to 2017. On average, units sold at 98% of list price and were on the market 117 days less.
