Sales Improved in 2019
Boardwalk Villas units sold in the first half of 2019 had a large increase in average price compared to the first half of 2018, due to mostly 3-br units being sold this year and only 1-br units sold in 2018. On average, price per square foot decreased in the first half of 2019. However, the Nathan Abbott Team listed Unit 190 which sold at $350 per square foot. This is a 38% increase over the first half of 2018 and 81% increase over other Boardwalk Villas units in the first half of 2019!
Lakefront Villas sold in the first half of 2019 had a 4% increase in price per square foot and were on the market 45 days less than the first half of 2018. Lakefront units sold on average at 98% of list price this year.
