The Okaloosa Island real estate market continued to improve in 2018. Okaloosa Island condos sold in 2018 had a 7% increase in average price and 5% increase in price per square foot compared to 2017.
2018 was a great year for sale at Island Princess. Condos sold had a 34% increase in average price, 28% increase in price per square foot – $81 per square foot! They were on the market 78 days less than in 2017. Island Princess remains a desirable condominium, with a price per square foot $63 more than the Okaloosa Island condo average.
