These are the traits that were instilled into Ralph Walker at a young age. Ralph, an Army brat whos’ dad was a career Army Sergeant and mom a Nurse, traveled the U.S. and Europe learning hard work breeds success. He is blessed to be married to his 2nd grade sweetheart for 22 years and they have 3 sons (21, 18, and 16). Ralph graduated from University of Michigan with a Bachelors in Electrical and Computer Engineering. While working a majority of his 22 year automotive career with Ford Motor Company as an engineering supervisor, he was hand picked to lead a team of Ford engineers in China for 3 years, which was an eye-opening and incredible experience. Not shying away from a challenge, Ralph also embarked on building and operating the first Culvers restaurant franchise in Pensacola, Florida.
The Walker Family being the consummate travelers, finally decided to lay down roots in Pensacola. Having traveled the majority of the world, the Florida Panhandle is a slice of heaven not matched anywhere else.
