Mario Mazariegos born and raised in East Los Angles, California. After serving the constituents of Los Angeles County for 20 years and going to college at Long Beach State, I fell in love with the ocean. I became a surfer, scuba diver, paddler and anything that had to do with ocean. I worked every day to become the best waterman I could be. So you can only imagine when I came to visit Santa Rosa Beach 5 years ago how amazed I was with the beauty of the ocean.
After discovering the emerald cost, I purchased my home and never left. I specialize in inter-personal and organizational skills that help when it comes to purchasing that dream home. Having 30 years of purchasing, selling and managing proprieties I can help you find that primary or investment home.
When I am not showing homes or in the ocean I spend my time traveling around the world, visiting museums, surf spots, beaches and just taking in the culture. I am passionate about real estate and the ocean, combining both makes for a great work day every day. Surf’s up! Hit the water.
