Lisa Norton

Lisa moved to the area in 1969 when her father was transferred to Eglin AFB and she just never left! Who wants to leave Paradise? Lisa has certainly experienced how this area has expanded over the decades and she has plenty of stories to share about Life at the Beach. She remembers when Destin was a tiny fishing village that rolled up its doors after Labor Day and then opened back up on Memorial Day to now the 2nd most drive to destination in the state of Florida behind Orlando. Even after all these years, the Destin Pass can take her breath away and she says God had a fabulous day when He created that! She has raised her two sons here and now watches with joy as they too are raising their families here.

Lisa entered the world of real estate in 2004 and has never looked back. In 2011, she got her Broker’s license and owned a small boutique brokerage before being bought out by a national brand and joining their management team. Although she loved coaching and mentoring other agents, she really missed the sales side as that is where her passion lies, so she left management and focused on sales. She was awarded the Fort Walton Beach Chapter Realtor of the Year in 2007 and 2012 and in 2019 received the Property Manager of the Year from her local association. Lisa is also very involved in the local association including Public Policy, Realtor Political Advocacy, and Fair Housing all of which strive to protect homeownership opportunities and property rights.

Lisa specializes in residential sales including primary, 2nd homes, condos, and investment properties. She loves meeting new people and assisting them with their real estate needs whether that is selling their home to start a new chapter, or helping one find their own piece of Paradise. Lisa’s slogan is….You call it Paradise, but I call this Home!

Lisa says one thing that has never changed in all these many years is her love for our beautiful waters & beaches, fabulous seafood, amazing sunsets, and loving life at the beach. Lisa enjoys spending time with her two sons and their families and is the proud grandmother of 3 which truly steals her heart.
