Sales Improve in 2018
The local real estate market was active and continued to improve during 2018. Condos sold in the 30A West area in 2018 had a 38% increase in price per square foot. The units sold at 97% of list price on average.
Adagio condos sold in 2018 had a 13% increase in average price, 12% increase in price per square foot and were on the market 54 days less than in 2017.
