To say we are proud of our team in 2020 is an understatement. Wow!! What a journey. Our team is small, but mighty!! We accomplished $108,000,000 in successful closings with another $45,000,000 in pending contracts.
⭐️We made the Inc 5000 list as one of the fastest growing companies in the country as position #2851 from of all industries.
⭐️We achieved the record breaking sale of our area’s history for a residential home, selling for just under $16,000,000.
⭐️Successfully launched Abbott Martin Group for new home development sales throughout the coast with my amazing friend and business partner TJ Martin, while selling out The Preserve At Inlet Beach in record time through our awesome onsite agents Jennifer Leigh Stoffel and James Lucas
⭐️We have secured many more development opportunities through AMG that are coming to the market in 2021 and beyond.
⭐️Amanda Abbott Merideth has grown tremendously in both real estate and serving others through Gulf Therapy
⭐️Shaye Martin has done amazing at growing our Pensacola and Gulf Breeze division.
⭐️Mary Jane Kirby has had incredible growth this year and we are so proud of her.
⭐️Michael Sakalauski and Cindy Sakalauski are the most incredible humans serving our country with the Army and our customers locallly. We are growing a military division named Abbott Military Detachment to serve real estate to our local soldiers, who we cherish.
⭐️All our agents have grown in their volume across the board and I love them all so much. We truly work together as a family and care for each other so much more than a transaction.
We continue to grow our team adding several amazing agents to our family based culture and have more joining us soon. We are super excited of our partnership with eXp Realty as the fastest growing real estate company in history.
This model offers so much opportunity for agents and we are happy to share to those who want to learn more. Throughout the chaos of this pandemic we have remained resilient with a never give up attitude. As a native to the Emerald Coast, I have never been so passionate about this area, as I am now. We truly live in such a special place and there is no place like home.
