Debbie Hunter

Having lived along the Emerald Coast for over 35 years I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing the serene fishing village of Destin when stingrays swam in the shallow shores of the Gulf of Mexico prompting us to slide our feet along the white sandy bottom to avoid stepping on them and when sand dunes were big enough to roll down in inner tubes. As the Emerald Coast grew, my love for the community endured and I have had the pleasure and blessing of raising my family here. My husband and I have owned a traditional business in Grayton Beach for 17 years, and have been involved in investment real estate for 20 years. I am a graduate from the University of Michigan, an avid reader, stand-up paddler, and trail rider. I welcome the opportunity to help new home owners find their perfect first home or  assist more advanced buyers find promising investment property to suit their investment purposes.
